CAL-W[protected] along with draft no. 122332 dated 26/12/2008 issued by the Kalyani bank, Nadia Sir, I am humbly drawing your kind attention for aforesaid purpose which was communicated to you earlier as email but no progress is noticed till date. Under this circumstances I am once again requesting you to take positive action into the matter. Dear Sir,
I had Submitted my new passport form in oct-09.My Passport file no is BPL-W[protected]. A new requirement is generated in this file for a new fresh form on date 25 june 10. This requirement is subbmited on dated 07-July-10 in Bhopal passport office.
But a son till date this Requirement is not update & i am not recieved my passport.
In bhopal passport office no one pick the phone & i am unable to go bopal frequiently.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.
