Sir, my passport no is j1827990 issued on 30/08/2010 and file no is jprz92310310 which i have received recently. On checking it is found that sex is shown m instead of f. Kindly make necessary correction in gender and advise me what to do on my part. Thanking you.

passport — Wrong Entries in Passport

My Husband's Passport is expiring in March 2009. So, we have applied for the reissue of passport by filling the concern form and submitted it in Chennai Passport Office. We got the new passport in Dec 2008 with the wrong address. We went and asked for the procedure in the corrections in the passport but nobody responded properly. After repeated visits, they are telling we have to fill the miscellaneous form and request them for address change. But the mistake was done by them.
