Passport Complaint — Passport not received | |||
Respected Sir, My name is Ajay Kumar. I am submitted an application for passport in last with all papers on 29-11-11 dated with a Slip number LKO-A[protected] and my D/O.B is[protected] , But the matter is that my passport related police verification is not done till dated,and i m doing so many time call on toll free no. to talk with executive but there is no any response and i m taking a number from my friend [protected] also there is no any response from other side. Someone give the way what m i doing ?? So, I have requested to you sir please check and release my passport without any delay. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am making an complaint in faviour of Passport delay. I was making an form of passport in last year since 29/11/11 admitted in lucknow but till date there is no any information about my passport.An internet services shows that there is no any police information reached to Passport office. My Passport slip no. is LKO-A[protected] and My birth day on[protected] and again i was admitted on 29-11-11.
So, Kindly requested to you please checked it properly and send it to me.
