Respected Sir, My name is S.Thirumurugan and I’m really frustrated with the passport office in Chennai. I had applied my passport renewal on 29th July 2010. So far, I haven't received or heard anything from the passport office. I have been constantly contacting the office and submitted letter thrice, but no response till date. Furthermore, every time I try to verify my passport status online the message that appears “on the screen (File Reference Number (MAS-D[protected] is showing past one year online status (Clear police report has been received. Your passport will dispatch shortly)” either this information is correct or wrong).I'm so frustrated with the passport office and forced to me a lot of mental problems. For your ease of reference my details below: Name: S.Thirumurugan Passport enquiry number: MAS – D[protected] Application date 29/07/2010 Date of Birth 10/05/1977 Can you please guide me in obtaining any sort of information regarding my passport? Passport Complaint — REGARDING NOT GETTING PASSPORT AS PER DATE OF DISPATCHED
RESPECTED SIR,THROUGH YOUR PRESTIGIOUS CONCERN ,I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS MY PASSPORT WHICH HAD BEEN LOST FEW MONTHS AGO & I HAVE APPLIED IT AGAIN THROUGH(FILE REF NO -ASR-L[protected],APPLICANTS NAME- HARJINDER SINGH,D.O.B-04/10/1989,) WHICH IS APPLIED ON 10/12/2010 &
AS PER THE IMFORMATION DISPLAYED ON INTERNET THAT IS-POLICE REPORT IS CLEAR & THE PASSPORT IS EXPECTED TO BE DISPATCHED BY 02/03/2011.
SUBJECT TO ALL DOCUMENT BEING IN ORDER .
BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY PASSPORT. I ALSO WANT TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAVE ASKED MANY A TIMES FROM PASSPORT OFFICE AT AMRITSAR & I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT POLICE REPORT IS NOT CLEAR TILL NOW..THAT IS WHY I GOT MENTALLY HARASMENT.
SO KINDLY HELP ME IN GETTING MY PASSPORT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . ANTICIPATING FOR YOUR FAVOURABLE REPLY .
