delay in delivery

Despite lapse of more than enough period Passport has not been delivered. Mail sent recently is appended below for details information

Dear Sir,

this is bring into your kind notice, i have applied for the change of address in the my passport, on 13th December 2011 with the requisite fee of Rs. 300/-. Police verification and other formalities were completed by the 24th Jan 2012. after checking the status on website it is showing Passport will be send through Speed Post by 27th Feb 2012.

Till date i have not received any communication either from Postal department or Passport office. My regular followup with Passport department has not resulted me with any fruitful results, also the Telephone Number given by officer and Mentioned on Official Website is not in Use for PASSPORT OFFICE RAIPUR (CG)

Requesting your kind intervention on above mentioned subject.

Dear Sir,

I'm Dany Cheriyan, File Ref. No.: B048940 / 08. Studying since last 5 years in Vellore (Chennai). My hometown is Cochin in Kerala hence i have applied for a passport in January 2008 at Cochin passport office. One inquiry has been done at my permanent residential address of Cochin. The second inquiry has also been done at my official address of Chennai few weeks ago. Kindly let me know the approximate delivery date as passport is urgently needed.

dear sir i have submitted my original passport for correction of name in which in the place of my husbands name my own name has apperared, i have submitted my application on 8/5/09, unfortunatly i have loss my bag in which xerox of my passport was in, so i have no memory of my passport number, so please let me know abt my status

Dear Sir,
I have aplied for my one year old son's pasport on 05th may 09 .his police verification was done on 30th of may 09, but I havn't receive my sons passport as yet.On internet they are showing under process.kindly update me on this, when wil I get his passport because I have to aply for a visa.

I have applied for passport on 30th April file details - File Ref no PNE-L000835-12 Application date 30-04-2012

I have completed my police verification and now struggling to get the status of same as it shows Blank in the Status column.
After sending several mails got reply from grv.jscpv@mea.gov.in attached below; Please advice.
