Passport Department — Wrong Information

When I renewed my passport the passport department has written a wrong name rather the original name that exists. For no fault of mine I had to undergo sever trouble with bank and other agencies and when I contacted the passport no one has answered the mails and calls. Has Indian Govt closed the passport office if they did not do the people employed know about Emails and phones do they use phones and computers. I know for a fact that they are paid but I don't understand for what they are paid. Are they paid not to help and do service to citizens. Or they expect bribe and that is why they do not respond to Emails. I have already paid lots of bribe to lot of Govt agencies for various works and I have spent over half my salary to them and over 35% for taxes so I have enough to eat food and barely survive. In a brief that is life in India. Pretty soon I will get sick and probably die on road. What a great nation.
