I am submit my application for new passport on 29/09/2010
Now I am check the passport website the massege was showing like this form last 4 or 5 months

Dear Sir,

I am ABDUL RAZZAQUE HUSSAIN, working as Director at CommLab India. I have a problem, can you please help me in getting my Passport as soon as possible. Please find the details below.

After Police verification done on 10-Oct-2010, the status was Passport dispatched and will receive on 16th December. Till now I didn't receive it.

Please help me in getting my passport ASAP as I have to visit our customers. I am keep on postponing my meetings because of delay in receiving my Passport.

I had applied for passport on 20th feb 2012 till now it doesnt showing any status.It showing Message that

reference number is wrong or information is not provided..

Please kindly give me reply that why it showing error like that..kindly give me reply to my mail
