[Resolved] Passport Hyderabad — Canceling/Closing the passport application

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Laxminarayana Talari my file no is Z242869, i was applied for passport in Gulbaraga Karnataka at dec'06. At that time i was working in Hyderabad later on my file got transfered to Hyderabad (I submitted a letter to transfer my application from Blr to Hyd, even i got letter from Banagalre RPO). It was happend in the year of May 2007. Few months back i submitted a letter in Hyderabd RPO to close my application, till now i didnt get any confirmation letter from them... could you please let me know what i would have to do for closing my appllication form... Dear all,
I had also applied for a passport in chennai in2007.As I was out of station at the time of police verification, I did not get the passport.And the file has been closed.Now I am staying in Bangalore for the last three years.Now for applying passport afresh in Bangalore, Bangalore passport seva kendra requires File Closing letter from the chennai passport office.For this I contacted Chennai office, but they are not ready to issue the same.Kindly guide me to solve the issue.

Respected sir,
I had applied for renewal of my passport at tirupathi on 03/08/2011.at the time of police verification i am studying in chennai.and the police verification file returned.Now for applying passport a fresh in tirupathi.Tirupathi passport sevae kendra require Fileclosing letter from Regional passport office hyderabad. closing but they are not ready to issue file closing letter
