AND THE MAIL REACHED HYD PASSPORT OFFICE ON JULY 3RD, 2009 @ 5.06PM IT SEEMS

I applied passport renewals in the Indian Embassy, AddisAbaba, Ethiopia on 02-June- 09. for my and my wife and son. After enquiring about the status, i got the information from them that they received the police clearance on my behalf as adverse from the hyderabad passport offfice and so they could not renew my passport whereas they have already renewed my wife's and son's passport. i have already asked my dad to pursue this problem from hyderbad passport office and when he approached them they said that no records are found in their system with respect to my file. Hence, please help me in this regard and see that i get my passport soon.
