[Resolved]  Passport Office Bhopal — DELAY IN ISSUE OF PASSPORT

I submitted my application form for new passport with all required documents on[protected] under general category. Police veryfication was done on 10 aug 2008. But i have not yet received my passport till today 23.09.08.

My problem is that my verification is done on 25/10/08, but still now i have not yet recived any update from ur side... when i enquired in police station they say that ur form is forwarded to SP (superdent of police) office. can you'll let me know the status of my passport

passport — 5 months of delay in issuing passport

my daughter named Batul reza hussain is holding file no.HYD I001336 09. she is a one and a half year old baby. its been more than 2 months her verification process is over and since one month we have submitted the marriage certificate twice which the passport office demanded after saying passport will be dispatched by 25 nov 09. even after one month of submission of the marriage certificate the status at the passport enquiry counter was saying that marriage certificate needs to be submitted . for which again 2nd time i submitted on 16 dec 09. now i need to know how long is it going to take .its 5 months since i filed the application.
i have to join my husband abroad but because of delay in my daughter's passport i am unable to do so.
please look into the matter as its a case o[censored]rgency for me .

passport — Delay of 5 months for passport

I had submitted application in October 2010 for passport and police verification was done and I after that checked from LIU office and the documents are sent on 4th November 2010.
Now on Internet it is showing application date as 31st jan 2011 and no status.

As i had applied for a fresh passport on 28/03/11 at PSK MANGALORE,But till date neither i have received any Police enquiry nor my passport has been dispatched.So i kindly request you to look in to it and issue me the passport at the earliest.

I also registered a complaint online on the official Passport site of Govt. of India vide service request no. [protected].The response came that the papers are complete but the expected date of resolution of complaint is 01.03.13.But as of now it is further one & a half months subsequently and status quo prevails. What a shame ! More than ten months as on today but still the passport issue lingers in red tape ! For a responsible Govt. office, not to have any accountability is strange ! I think the whole Passport deptt. of Home ministry is soaked in inefficiency .God save our country !

I have applied for new passport at DB city mall bhopal on 09/04/2013 and police verification done on 27/05/2013 but stil I did not recived my passport. how can I know the resone.

My name isYOGESH NARULA My file number is BP10Z[protected] dated 19/05/2014 and police verification was over by 10th MAY2014. I have been instructed that I will be receiving the Passport within 15 days after police verification but till today I have not received the same. The tracking field of passport seva keep on saying that "Passport application has been granted and Police Verification Report has been submitted. You would receive an e-mail/sms once the passport is dispatched.". Its already a month passed and I do not know the reason for it. Can somebody let me know the reason for delay. Regards/ YOGESH NARULA
