Dear sir, I Sri Santosh Kumar Sahoo,At -Qr-2rb-1,Main Road Balimela Dist Malkangiri,Odisha, beg to state that, I apply on dated[protected]. ,File No-BHUA00251412,Key No-[protected].My police enquiry is complite on the month of April 2012 but till today i have not recived my passport.The enquiry status shows that the Police Report is incomplete and the case is being examined. how I obtain the passport,it is urgent for me. Dear sir,
I sri Pratap Kumar Sahu, flat no .2, Toppo Complex, Jagda, Rourkela -42, beg to state that I had applied for passport on 27.08.2011 .
My file No. W270519/11 and my D.O.B -- 15.06.1953 .Police enquiry is completed on 25.11.2011. I have also checked up from your office
enquiry& you already have revd the police report.But till today I have not revd my passport. In net the enquiry status shows that police report
is incomplete & the case is being examined. How i will obtain the passport. It is very urgent for me.
