I have applied for the Passport in your office on 30 August 2010.
and police verification have completed on 19-27 September. But till now i have not received my passport till now.
I have lost my reciept of submit the passport form. So please provide me the details of status of my passport.
My Details Are:

S/O : Shri Kanheiya Lal
Address: Gopal Pura, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh.
