Sir, I Rajendra Kumar Mishra,resident of 178,MMIG,Shaheed Nagar,Agra-282001, had Applied for passport on dated 27.1.2012,File No.GZB Z000384 Dated 27.1.2012,through Passport Seva Kendra agra, But as on dated after checking status its showing that Police Report has not been recieved.I have communicated several time with local passport seva kendra,but no proper response.Thus you are requested for suitable action & issue it at your earliest. passport — passport not received and status not cleared
Dear Sir,I Sunil Kumar Singh S/O Shri Chandrika Prasad Singh H.No 534 G,Mohalla GangaNagar, Po-Ayrogaya Mandir, Thana Sahapur, Distt Gorakhpur.
I have applied for passport on dated 23/01/2012 whose file no is LKO-Z[protected] I have not received the passport till date although all the verification has been done from police & LIU. The status of the passport is not confirmed even online.
Passport office claim that the passport should be reached in 21 days after the Investigation but dates are over 21 days it is already more than 3 months. I have to go for Business tour.
Please look after the matter and do the needful earlier.
