[Resolved] Passport Office Hyderabad — Mishandling of documents in passport office | |||
Respected Sir, Myself Mohammed Abdul Raheem applied for a passport for my minor Child. I have applied on 14th Feb at E-SEVA center, while application submission, all the required documents were submitted and verified by E-SEVA employee, Submission process get completed and Then within a month police enquiry was conducted, in which police officer found that Annexure G was missing in which parents should sign for minor child, and we have completed that process too. Police enquiry get cleared and the application move further for processing. Now after 4 months, passport office online status is reflecting as below. "DECLARATION OF MINOR IN APPLICATION WAS NOT SIGNED. PL SEND THE ENCLOSED 'N' DECLARATION DULY SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS." How come the E-SEVA people accepted our application without this declaration and how the police enquiry get cleared without this. Irresponsible behaviour and lazyness of passport officials come to picture here. No officer at passport office is accountable for his act. Civilians are badly impacted and emotionally hurt with this. I have applied a family visa in Saudi arabia and on the basis of Birth certificate of my child, visa is issued, and it is going to expire in a month. Still passport officials does not issue the passport for my minor child. My two daughters file numbers are hyd-c004120, hyd-c003352 applied on 24-2 &[protected] first the online status showed dispatched, then under process, from last one month the status is showing due to unavoidable circumstances the passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in weeks time so please give us the proper information when will be the passports going to be dispatched as their visa ready kindly request the concern authority to take action and do me favour

From last 2 days
File no hyd c003352 is showing the same status due to unavoidable circumstances the passport has been delayed and will be dispatched in weeks time
File no hyd c004210 is showing police report is clear and will be dispatched on[protected] if all documents are in order
after 4 months, so many requests send to rpo hyderabad no action has been taken regarding status authorities please tell me solution for getting passports immediately my id is [protected]@gmail.com
