[Resolved]  Passport Office, Jaipur — Regarding the Preparation of Tatkal Passport

My brother Nikhil Joshi urngently needed the paasport henceforth first as per norms he tried to in passport office website for the filling of form of tatkal passport but due to technical reason the above passport websit not opened and not worked, due to this after the hettic efforts from last two days he contacted me from Pratapgarh to Jaipur, I called him immediately Jaipur and today early in the morning with all required documents send him the passport office, Jhalana Doongri Office, Jaipur. Despite of clerify the all situtation the concernding employee of passport office mentioned that it is the rule of passport office that first you fillup the tatkal from at our website. Then after come with the print out of the above form with requried documents then we will able to do somthing. Before that we are helpless.

Respected Sir, it is matter of serious concern when the passport office website not working how the person first fill the form and then come in passport office. This is really wrost situtation at the part of concerning officials. In my openion if the website is not working and consumer direct come to office with required documents then a provision should be made to mannually give the form for tatkal passort and accept the form. It is a general rule. It is not understood if the website not working then how I complte the formalty and why consumer suffer for technelly problem at the end of passport office and what for ???

I request to hightest authority to take immediate action under advise to me for further guideline.
