To passport officer Lucknow (U.P.) sub- delay in my passport delivery ! dear sir, I have applied for passport on 30th August 2010, my file no. Is LKO-A[protected]. My police Vegilence verification is complete on 7th December 2010. But till now i have not received my passport. I already Have maild to the Passport officer on ID:-"grv.[protected]@mea.gov.in" and had reply that "Necessary Action please..for SO (PG).".... what the other steps are being take to deliver my passport as soon as possible... please inform.... I had placed our request for issuance of passports by completing all the formalities relating to its issuance. I had submitted the 02 applications one for my wife smt Seema Agnihotri & other one for my daughter Satakshi Agnihotri at DM Office Kanpur on 31.10.2011 & rest three applications of Yashi Agnihotri - daughter, Aviral Agnihotri -Son & Manoj Kumar Agnihotri - self were submitted through Head Post Office Kanpur, its file nos. of HPO Kanpur are LKOw01016611, LKOw01017611 & LKOw01017511 dated 04.11.2011 to 05.11.2011 respectively. The status of enclosed 05 drafts payable at Lucknow as fee is as under:

Sir, the 90 days has already been collapsed but neither a single passport has since been delivered nor any communications have been received regarding cause of delay.
I, therefore request to kindly bestow your personal attention for its earliest delivery to enable us to plan for onwards. Thanks for your kind cooperation.
