PASSPORT OFFICE - PASSPORT NOT RECIVED

I have submitted passport application on aug -2011 during passport mela conducted at JNTU kakinada, Police verification also completed for my application but as such i didnt get passport.

sir i apply the new passport but after 4month i not recived my passport my file number JPRA013225 i come 4 time the incoury counter but my number not come sir please see my file soon you send mail my email address bansal.pradeep4@gmail.com
