Passport Office, Ranchi — Passport Delivery Delay

I applied for passport from Hazaribagh, Jharkhand in the month of September 2011 in Ranchi. The details are as:

Date of birth : 01/01/1987
File reference number: RCH-A[protected]
Application Date: 16/09/2011


Now its showing on the website on checking that "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be despatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order.".But i have neither received my passport nor any one receiving the call in passport office from where i can get the information. Kindly provide any reference number through which i can track the status of my passport delivery.
