Passport Complaint — delay in getting passport

sir.
i have applied for the passport in november 2010.my verification number is z010171.Police enquiry is finished and whenever iam watching the status of my passport,its showing that 'will be dispatched in a week's time.But i didnt get it till now.And its been eight months that i applied for it.please verify this.

Iam ARAVIND M RADHAKRISHNAN from guruvayur,thrissur.i had applied for the passport last 29 december 2010.i was studied MBA course at MAHARAJAS COLLEGE avinashi,coimbatore for last two years.i didnt recieve my passport till now.the reason they shown is AVINASHI,TAMILNADU LOCAL POLICE ENQUARY PENDING.
my file no:B075127.may kindly request u to take the nessesary action to recieve my passport as soon as posible.

I too applied on 5th March, 12 and even on 15th May, getting a message that the 'police report is clear and pp will be despatched on 19-04-12...'
