passport problem — Delay of getting Passport

Dear Sir,

My Wife Smt.Gargi Dey had applied for passport as details given below:

File Reference Number : CAL-A[protected]

Application Date :[protected]

Applicant's Name : GARGI DEY

Applicant's Date of Birth :[protected]

Kolkata Police website is showing the status as below:

"Police Report Status for Passport

The code you enter verified.
No Data Available Against the File Number: A089475."

But Passport office website shows the status as below:

"STATUS : Police Report has not been received. "

Can you kindly help to investigate the issue so that my wife Gargi Dey can get the Passport as early as possible.
