Dear Concerned

I have complaint about my passport on name of Vijay Sabharwal S/O Sh.Ziile Singh Sabharwal, h.no. 1099/7, U.E., Kurukshetra.Passport has dispatched from chandigarh office but at the time of recieving of same i was out of station.
Postmen retuned the passport to Chandigarh office without any prior information.
So it` kind request please send the once again on above mentioned address.

in case of police verification in ghatal subdivision in paschim medinipur district the man who verify want to get Rs 500/- though my all documents were right. he also told me that if i don't provide that money then my verification will be kept on hold.

the same case happened in the time of my friend's verication at ghatal, paschim medinipur.
