[Resolved]  Passport Seva — transfer of submitted fees from fresh passport to re-issue

I am passport holder, my passport has been expired in 2008. I have again applied for the same this year in the month of June, my appointment date was 26/06/13. By mistake I have filled the form as a fresh apllicant rather it should be in the catogery of Re-issue. I have been denied the submission of application and asked to submit the new form under Re-issue head but the fees (Rs. 1500/-) which I had already submitted for fresh application will not be refunded as told by the people at the office which is also mentioned on their web portal and the validity of the submitted fees is for ONE YEAR. I had asked them that in case new application for Re-issue category the fees should be transferred to the same but I have been told to again submit Rs-1500 with the new application for. My complaint is that my fess should be transferred. This is not justified. I am not asking to refund my money but the deposited fees should be considered for new application that I will be submitting in Re-issue head.

I seek justice for the same, I am sure that being in Democratic country I will be given full justice.
