Passport Thane — passport not received

i kapil limba bhamre applied for new passport
dated 11/07/20111 but till date not recived my passport.
file no_ D01551411
also i am apply for tatkal passport but till no any action.. i had read passport web site he is show with in a 7 day passport send if apply tatkal or his show normal passport with in 15-20 days
why to unble send my passport. can have give any resion for the late. or send my passport as soon as possible i am very need.
