sir,
we have very severe problem of the paying guest living at our neighbour GI-1049 sarojini nagar, they continously misbehave and create noise during children exams time.. using loudspeaker, creating disturbance for us , we can't sleep restfully..please don't allow thses paying guest to live in our govt area..
kindly take a strict action towards this issue.
