[Resolved]  Paypal — Funds has not been transferred from Paypal

I have a Paypal account in the above e-mail id, i have sent a fund transfer request for $420 (Converted to INR) to Paypal to my KVB Bank Account on Feb 26, 2009. Paypal shows the status, that the funds has been transfered to my bank account on the same day at 12:11:50 IST. So far my bank account is not credited with the amount, i have sent mail to Paypal, so far i have not received any reply from them. Is that possible i could file a suit against Paypal? Copy of transaction details is also enclosed.
