Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above, I regret very much to bring this complaint before you that, I was issued passport in the month of January 2008, at the time of issuing Passport a objection was raised that I possess have already applied for passport in the year 1998, for this act, we paid the penatly of Rs.1000 on Jan 03, 2008 and the case was settled, and I was issued the passport on[protected]. Now, I received the letter from AMERICAN CONSULATE FOR FINAL PROCESSING OF IMMIGRANT VISA, I APPLIED FOR P.C.C. THEN MY PASSPORT HAS BEEN HELD, DUE TO NEGLIGENCE OF PASSPORT OFFICIALS, DID NOT SETTLE THE CASE, WHILE ENTERING INTO SYSTEM. AS A RESULT I MAY LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY OF GETTING IMMIGRATION TO USA.TO APPEAR IN INTERVIEW I HAVE TO PRODUCE THE DOCUMENTS ON OR BEFORE NOV.04, 2008. I HUMBLY REQUEST THE PASSPORT OFFICER TO SETTLE MY CASE AND ISSUE MY PASSPORT TO ENABLE ME TO TO INTERVIEW FOR IMMIGRATION.

iam mohammed khaja latheefudin sent the docuemtns for the spouse visa to my wife last month . she got passport on tatakal and she is waiting for the PCC to be issued from the passport office . it took almost 1 month . the documents i sent is of no valuse now because it expired the ticket date.

Sir please do help my wife to get the PCC .

Puttana Venkat Reddy S/o Puttana Srinivasula Reddy residing in Anantha Rajampeta Village, Koduru Mandal, Cuddapah District has traveled on the name of Bhim Ram Reddy S/o Srinivasula Reddy residing in Anantha Rajampeta, Cuddapah District to Kuwait 20 years ago. Right now, he has come back to India and also backed to to Kuwait 6/02/09 or 7/02/09 (pls check). I request you to take necessary action against him for the forgery he had committed. He is at present residing in Trupati, Korlagunta, Maruthi Nagar, bearing door no. 20/2/506 in his own house. Kindly take necessary action against him.

i sent visa to my wife she is living in Hyderabad but she already submitted passport for PCC with out passport she can not go for medical and immigration so please my kind request to you make it Tatkal PCC processor for visa holders, and release my wife passport with pcc report .my file no. M004568 please sir release this pcc
