[Resolved]  Peed Motors — Announced gift Not given, billing & charges

I purchased one TVS Sports vehicle from Speed Motors, Sahnajaf road,Hazratgang,Lucknow.Here I faced u/m problems
and suffered the behavior of MD Mr. Kalra
1. Announced gift i.e Twin watches on purchase of TVS Sports Motor cycle has been not given saying that on the purchase through CSD it is not authorized.
2.I converted the vehicle from KS to ES for which it was asked RS 2375 which i paid which is more than the actual difference there after bill also was denied.Even Rs. 650 has been charged for the leg guard & sariguard and again bill for these items was denied saing that in the case of CSD purchase it can not be done
3.For registration of vehicle I paid Rs.2900 which is more than the 7% of billing charges
As i know that rate reduction by CSD is on behalf of tax exemption which does not effect the profit of company, therefore my gift should not be stopped.I have the authority to get the bill for every rupee i have paid in cash and you may know better the charges have been taken extra for what as per my details and by not giving bill it becomes sails tax saving case also.
