With reference to the above, a claim was made by me (Nominee) through my lawyer. The company requested to submit the necessary identity proof and other documents. (Xerox copy
Enclosed). After submitting the necessary papers the company adviced vide letter dated 01/11/2010 that the payment was already made (Xerox copy enclosed).

2.In this regard i have not received the cheque or the amount.
It appears like a fraud, either by the staff or some other persons with the help of the staff. I hope you will help me to get my money which is due to me. I highly appreciate your immediate action in this regard.
