[Resolved]  Personal Loan — Abusing for EMI

Hi,

My Fullerton personel loan accountnumber is [protected].
I have already paid 45 EMI of My personel loan regular basis. Every month your person called me and sent person to collect my EMI. Today one of your collection executive called me for my pending EMI and used very abusive language. No one called me last month for collection of my EMI and now he wants today only. After requesting to send executive tommorow to collect pending EMI still he used very abusive and insulting language with me and continuously trying to harrase me by saying pay today only. Who have given right to your people to use such languge with customer?? why your people trying to harrase customer??
Did you given training to your employee of RBI guidelines for collection??
