My car (MYVY 1.3EZi AUTO), bought on 2/3/10 but it had been TOWED TWICED (8/7/10 & 1/9/10 ) ! FUEL CONSUMPTION ALSO HIGH ( about RM0.20 / KM ) So far, I have only washed the car twice myself for the exterior only, but everytime after washed, the engine cannot be ignited and had to be towed to the service centre (the rest of the times I only rubbed my car) . At the service centre, they ran a thorough check on the car and found out nothing was wrong. The service center technicians and sale assistant of Perodua INSISTED that the reason of the failure of ignition was DUE TO THE TYPE OF FUEL USED. For your information, I am using PETRONAS RON95 and they were very resolute that I should use PETRONAS RON97 instead. In that case, I would like to know if PERODUA car can only use specifically PETRONAS RON97??? If that is the case, why the government is encouraging us to use RON95 if it can disrupt the proper ignition of our national car.
It is definitely VERY RIDICULOUS for a 6-months old car to be towed twice, every time after washing (just on the exterior). Was this information helpful? |
