There is no option for the company to pay the PF to the employee directly. It has to be done through the existing framework laid down by the PF office following all their guidelines. The company has done what it has to and we are not holding back any PF amount of any employees. We have records to show that there is nothing pending from our side. So like our friend Mr. Anup has commented, it would be wise to take it up with the concerned government office as there is nothing further that we can do as a company.

The ideal thing to do would have been to get in touch with the company for this and since you have mentioned this as a complaint against the company, we are forced to tell the truth about this matter.
First, you were terminated from your employment with the company for various disciplinary issues ( details can be provided to www.consumercomplaints.in if required ) on 15'th of March 2011, which means that it has just become 2 months and not 3 as you have mentioned in your complaint. Having said this I would like to bring to your notice that application for final settlement can be sent by a member of the EMF on completion of 2 months from the date of leaving service as per EPF India rules. So since only yesterday this period of 2 months have been completed, it is unfair to blame the company for this. It would be easier to resolve issues like this if you are aware of the rules and regulations which are available freely if you take some time out to find them out before making baseless allegations against the company.
If you are still not convinced please visit the EPF office in Trivandrum, Kerala who has all the details of the companies EPF account.
