YES YOU ARE RIGHT .IN MY CASE AFTER A FEW DAYS AS THEY CANNOT GET ANY PROJECT ORDER THEY GIVE ME LEAVE FOR UNLIMITED TIME SAYING WHEN WE GET A PROJECT WE WILL CALL YOU.AFTER A FEW DAYS I CALL FOR SALARY THE PAIR TELL ME I DID NOT CAME I HAD TERMINATED.THAT'S WHY I CAN'T GET SALARY, THUS THEY CHEAT MY RS. 9400.THEY ARE THE EXAMPLE OF REAL .

This is totaly wrong, because i am also working over there long time and i earn lots of thing like technological knowledge, Project development way etc .
you(Anindita) are working there as a receptionist, you don't know anything about development, but you are very expert in telling lie.
YES THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY.THEY CHEATED MOST OF THE CANDIDATE TELLING THAT THEY WILL GIVE YOU PLACEMENT AFTER COMPLETE 15 DAY TANNING & pay them Rs. 9400(but that will minimum about 45 days).AND AFTER SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT THEY SHOW VARIOUS KIND OF EXCUSES, THAT YOUR PROJECT HAS MAJOR ERROR(BUT THERE IS NOTHING ERROR IN THE PROJECT) AND AT LAST IF YOU SUCCESS TO SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO PROJECT RIGHT NOW, SO THEY WILL RECRUIT YOU AFTER A MONTH...SO WHOLE THINGS IS WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.SO, GUYS BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME AND VALUE ABLE TIME

THE LOCAL COUNCILOR TOLD US TO COMPLAIN AGAINST THEM TO DUMDUM PS, WE DID SO BUT WHILE RETURNING FROM PS THE COUNCILOR CALLED ME UP AND SAID TO GO FOR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING WITH THEM, WHY SO???? SHE ONLY SAID TO MADE COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AND WITHIN FEW MINUTES SHE CHANGED...HOPE U CAN FIGURE IT OUT. NOBODY HELPED US OUT - NEITHER THE LOCAL COUNCILOR NOR THE POLICE. PISJ EVEN GAVE US THE THREAT TO GO FOR MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING OTHERWISE WE WILL BE PICKED UP FROM OUR HOMES. LOCAL COUNCILOR SUPPORTED, NOTHING ELSE. WE STILL HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND THE GD ALSO.

Hi guys. I am Parthadeep Nandy. I have started my career with P.I.S.J (Premier Institute Of Software Junction) (5 May, 2011 - 26 April, 2012). After completing my B.Tech I am looking for a software developer job in kolkata. At that time I face several interview in kolkata saltlake sec-V. Some of the company select me and asking for bond money, this is not like MNC bond. There you have to pay money first, then they are provide the offer letter. And they are asking Rs.[protected].
In that time P.I.S.J Provide me the offer in Rs. 9400 bond money. First 2 month they provide our group a training and small project. After that they are asking for make a project with the requirement after 3 month I complete the project and submit it. There are some bug and error occur I fix it in 1 month. After that they provide me a job. This first 7 month i work without money, because I need 1 year experience. I spent (9400 + 1500 x 7)= Rs.19900 and 7 month, to get my first salary check of Rs.3000. I didn't ask why the salary is so poor, this is not the salary which they are promised to pay. In that time I only think about 1 year experience. Because all companies asking for 1 year experience candidate . After that next 4 month I work for them. And get 3 more check of Rs.3500. Then I got a offer form cloud info solutions (http://www.cloudinfosolutions.com/). So, I decide to move without any notice. So, P.I.S.J decide to release me and they don't provide me my last month salary. I ask for my last month salary, they said you are not provide your notice period, so, they are not going to pay my last month salary. They provide me the release and experience letter after 1 month. It is not a easy process every week i asking for release and experience letter, finally they provide me the documents.
