[Resolved]  Plot — not allotted

Bhaskar valley karjat mumbai — non allotment of plot

I had booked a plot of 360 sq yards floated by this company vide reg no.B557 and have paid three installments, about 80% and am following with them about allotment of plot for the last three years but they are just misleading on one plea or other. Kindly help

I, Vinod Kumar booked a plot of 200 square yard at bhaskar valley, karjat mumbai in February 2007 under reference number 1919A on installment basis. I have pay all installment time to time except final stallment at the time of registration .This project is belongs to corporate office of Orior Developers And Infrastructure Private Limited, Sector 14, Gurgaon, Haryana. At that time they promised to deliver the possession by the end of Dec. 2009.when enquired telephonically they first said Jan. 2010, march 2010, Apr 2011, Nov 2011 ... but till day they have neither delivered the possession nor informed/ intimation/ correspondance to me about it. rather they refused to tell me the plot number allotted to me if any.I feel cheated from them . They are not either allotting the plot nor giving my money back. Please do the needful...
