[Resolved] PNG — Delay in PNG Installation | |||
booked Domestic PNG on[protected] ,no body after taking payment for installation by cheques has contacted me.On[protected] I contacted customer care and I was given complaint no. 241620 and I was told that within a week PNG connection will be installed .But till now nobody has contacted for the same.At least I should be informed how long it will take to get PNG installed at my Residence in Sector-9,Rohini,Delhi-110085.Will the higher authority solve my problem? I have applied for New PNG Connection in Feb11 and got a BP no. [protected]. A site engineer(Mr.Sanjeev) came to our home and inspected the kitchen area and told us to do some alteration in kitchen for ventilation and we did that within a week.
We called him again to re-inspect the site but he told us that our another team will come and inspect it but nobody came to us.
Now today our area(Yamuna Vihar) incharge of PNG connection supplier Mr. Mahender Singh came to us and said he got an email for cancellation of your PNG connnection.
I just want to know why the cancellation has happend as we already did change in our kitchen and spent Rs 10, 000/- to maintain upto that level which was required to get the connection.
I haven't got any response till date.
