[Resolved]  Police verification for Passport — No verification for a long period

Passport office has confirmed having sent My PP forms with Photo for Police Verification to DIB on[protected], but I am informed every time that these have not reached to DIB, I am checking with DIB 3 times every week. My application is under file no. CAL M015336 11 dt[protected].

Request to kindly check the matter and I would be grateful if the Police verification is done at the earliest so to get me my renewed passport as I am living in Indonesia for last 34 years and can,t go w/out passport which is given for renewal as all pages of my passport are exhausted.
