[Resolved] Policy Bazaar — Refund of the payment taken towards policy | |||
I have made payment towards portability of my health insurance from apollo Munich to Max Bupa on 17.6.13 through SBI Credit Card. Documents were collected yesterday from my residence. Portability is not possible within the stipulated time and same was communicated later, as a result I need to buy a new policy. I have decided to go ahead for the same. I have asked for refund of the amount ( Rs 13,964/-) paid upfront to Polcy Bazaar link. Below mentioned TL was dealing with my case; Karan Sahni ([protected])/ Mr. Dilip Khurana Team Leader - Contact Centre Operations Refund has been promised, but now no one is replying or entertaining my calls, Please let me know the status of the refund, I have not gone ahead with the portability and have decided to go for fresh policy by 11th July. Such services dont encourage me to deal with a 3rd party like Policy Bazaar in the future Was this information helpful? | |||
