Hi,
I bought a Karbon mobile from Poorvika mobiles .The very next day it shows lot of problems. The same day i went there and asked about it . They are not answering . They say, If you want your mobile to get solved you directly go to karbon service center. Even they are not helping with this problem. They are dumping every problem to customer. At least they should speak on behalf o[censored]s. Giving value to their money . Not considering customer money is valuable. Treating very bad .They are shouting like anything in shop . I have a question . They are buying a stock of mobile from a manufacturer . Unfortunately they are finding some set of handsets not working . will they return or will they have it as it is.. And i fought with them they sent it for service .Later i got the mobile back , while getting if from shop i checked that it is not working. I faced the same issue for two other mobiles (my friend and one is mine). Here after dont go such irresponsible shop . See who is giving value for customers money. They made me frustrated..
And dont buy such kind o[censored]seless mobile phones .Especially dont go mentioned shop. Was this information helpful? |
It is obvious that if you buy mobile from any shop or store & it is faulty then you have to go to the service center of that brand. I don't think you can drag a mobile shop brand here on complaint site when you should speak about the mobile brand who made such faulty phone. Infact, I had a very good experience with Poorvika Mobile Store. The service was quite pleasant and the product ranges are superb. One would love to visit the shop.
I think you should speak to the service center of that mobile brand.
