I bought a s3 recently from poorvika.. Within 5 days, i found few defects in my phone. They asked me to go to samsung service center, which i did, only to realise that they are of no help. I again called poorvika and told them lik i dint get a proper response from them. So, they said give your mobile to us, we ll help u. From then till now, i dint get my mob back from them, no proper response, they don call n inform me what is happening. And finally they said they wont give me a new piece and they ll definitely give my phone back but till now they dint. I m fed up callin them n number of times. Its a mental torcher for me. It seems the people who are not giving your mobile phone back is not Poorvika but Samsung service center. Like you said, you found some defects in your phone & Poorvika Customer Service told you to go to Samsung Service Center & there they took your mobile for repairing but not given back yet. It means you should complain to samsung & not to Poorvika people. I hope you understand the issue is not from poorvika but from samsung.
