status of policy
Dear sir,
My policy no. is BH/MZ/GY - 19968 and BH/MZ/GY - 13642. I would like to know the status of my policy as its matuarity date was march 2007. But i paid the premium for first 3 years and then i wanted to discontinue the policy and wanted the funds back according to the policy due to some personal reason, i consulted my post master and he said give me the all original receipts along with original policy documents, as it is required in the head office for the submission and then with in day or two i will give you the amount. now its been almost eight years i have not received a single paisa. every time i talk to him he comes with a excuse. Dear concern now i doubt that he has utilised my hard earned money. though the amount is not so big, but i am a villager and a single paisa matters for me. i am a resident of sauli village located in the sitamarhi district Bihar pincode 843316.( i am sending this mail on behalf of my parents who are the policy holders, but not educated enough to write to u)

I, Seema Bhama, D/o Sh. Madan Lal, am a policy holder of the following PLI Santosh (Endowment Assurance) scheme.
Policy Numbers : HY-75749-Cs to HY-75752-CS
Date of Entry : 28 June 2002
Date of Maturity : June 2036
Total sum assured of all policies : Rs. 5 lakh
Total monthly premium being deposited by me for all the policies : Rs. 1075/- per month
Sir, I have deposited the premium of these policies w.e.f. June 2002 to may 2009.
You are requested to provide me the following information related to these policies.
1. How much total amount will I get at present in case I wish to discontinue these policies?
2. How much total amount will I get at the time of maturity of these policies in case I continue paying premium of these policies upto May 2036 ?
3. Is there any procedure to cut short the maturity period of these policies ?
4. Whether there are any benefits on these policies that I can avail ?

I am holder of P.L..I policy No: UP-163250-CS. I had written nominee's date of birthday 25/ 10/ 94 on the day of policy commence i.e. 02/ 02/ 2008. There fore her age as on 02/ 02/ 2008 was 14years 3 months and 7 days, but in the policy certificate her age is 25 years which is total worng from the office of Dy. Divisional Manger(P.L.I.). I wrote for the rectifiction of the age in policy to DDM(P.L.I.) many times W.E.F. 02/ 05/ 2008,
But I could not any reply from DDM(P.L.I.)Lucknow(U.P) till date

Sir,
I am an ex-serviceman got retirement from the army in the month of Jun 08. My PLI policy No is 32725L will be matured on 30 Mar 2010. I am not having my PLI policy bond paper. Now my PLI policy has been transferred to my native place post office Kolhapur. Since My retirement i.e. Jun 2008 I cannot deposit the premium of the policy.
Sir, please give me an your advice for the deposit of premium and refund of maturity amount of the unavailable policy bond paper of the said policy. Your favourable reply is awaiting.

Dear Sir,
With most humbly I am submitting my complaint against the non-payment of my Postal Endowment Assurance. I am working in G. B. Pant Social Science Institute, Jhusi, Allahabad and I have taken a Policy of Postal Endowment Assurance bearing Policy No. UP/54919-CC on my name Amalesh Coomar Ghose. Sum assured is Rs. 50, 000/- and monthly instalment was Rs. 328. I have purchased by an authorised agent named Shri D. M. Tiwari on 29-11-1996. I have paid its last instalment on October, 2009 and sent my policy bond with the Pass Book of Jhusi, Post Office on 13 October, 2009 at Lucknow Office. But till today I have not received my maturity amount.
My daughter's marriage is being solmnised in next month, therefore, Sir, may I request you to kindly cheke my case and send my money at an early date.
