Credila: Pathetic level of service by staff
I'm a recepient of pre-approved Education Loan from Credila for pursuing EPGP04 course from Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. My 4th instalment fees are due on 20th June '12. But till now nobody from HDFC have got back regarding Agreement Copy for disbursing loan amount through netbanking. I know somebody from Credila called Sundar Dhuri whose response is nothing short of pathetic. Whenever I have called him he doesnt answer, when he answers it is through sms or otherwise only asking for half an hour / 1 hour to get back but again when I call he never picks up / responds that he is busy. I'm utterly frsutrated by the response of Credila team including Mr Sundar and all the more since my next instalment payment deadline is drawing near. Please tell Credila to pull up its service levels by the bootstrap. Such pathetic response and service levels will not auger well in the long run.
