[Resolved] Prestige — not responding | |||
I have purchased a Prestige Royale gas top 3 Burner on 28/02/2010 I have a problem in working of one burner, I had contacted south zone TTK pvt ltd, chennai 04. They have directed me to call 24745352, 65916774. a service centre in annangar from 17/12/2010 morning 10.00 am till now, they are not attending the phone. Its is simply ringing and no response. Dear Sir/Madam,
I made a complaint to your ChennaiService Centre (Phone No.[protected] on 11.01.2011 at about 11.00 Hrs. So for no body atended the fault.
Kindly send a person immediately to attend my complaint i.e. Burnder bottom got down/cut off. My GAS stove model is Glass Top 02A1.
