[Resolved]  PRVS COURIER — Wrong confirmation for courier delivery

A courier was sent by Dr. Srivani, through prvs courier, Secunderabad on 26th Oct (AWB No. 4067186) to Pune

I haven't received the courier so far and the courier company claims to have delievered the courier.
