Hi sir/madam This is the state of service centre of Popular motor corporation(Bajaj Service)@ BSK 3rd stage. I HAD GIVEN MY BIKE PULSAR 150CC REG NO: KA51K3809,ON 03RD OF MARCH (THIS WAS THE 6TH TIME I HAD GIVEN THE BIKE).EVERY TIME I GIVE MY PROBLEM AS BEEN MENTIONED BUT NOTHING WAS DONE 6TIMES I HAVE MENTIONED THERE IS BREAK PROBLEM BUT STILL ITS SAME MY FREE SERVICE OVER AND I HAVE PAID 2 TIMES PAID SERVICE. PURCHASE DATE ;02/01/07 JOB CARD NO BEEN 4381. MY CONCERNS ARE AS FOLLOWS 1-WHY DO SUCH SERVICE CENTRES ARE APPOINTED. 2-WHY DO I HAVE TO WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY WHEN I HAVE SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY. 3-PLEASE FIND ATTACHMENT OF BILL PAID THEY HAVE COLLECTED 275Rs FOR GENERAL SERVICE ,CHAIN O/H 50RS,CLUTCH LOADIND 175RS,TUBE CHANGING 50RS TOTAL ITS 550RS FOR JUST SERVICING,THEN WHAT IS GENERAL SERVICE 275? 4-NOW IT BECOMES DIFFICULT FOR ME TO RIDE MY BIKE WITHOUT BREAK HOPE YOU PEOPLE CAN UNDERSTAND . 5-NOT THAT THERE IS NO OTHER WAY THERE AS VARIOUS OTHER DOORS THAT I CAN KNOCK SUCH AS CONSUMER COURT,CONSUMER FORUM,SERVICE GURU AND MANY MORE INTERNATIONALLY KNOWN AFTER SALES GREVIANCE FORUMS. WELL IN SHORT I HAVE CO-OPERATED TO THE UTMOST WELL AND IM IN NO POSITION TO EXTEND IT. PLEASE DO TAKE THE TROUBLE TO REVERT ON MY CASE ,AND LET IT BE A POSITIVE ONE.
