[Resolved]  Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — irresponsible and unmannered bill counter stoff

Dear sir/madam,

i have to inform you that the bill receiving counter stoffs of buxipur, gorakhpur station are very lazy unmannered and irresponsible about their duty. most of time of the duty our they avoid work properly and fluently, they busy themselves in gosips. ddue to this customers priceless time spended uslessly. they iritate customers on baseless ground. they behave like a criminal.
please improve the services for good of the department as well as the customers also.

I am Cent. Govt. Officer, due to my exigencies of service, I am to move place to place on transfer/postings; therefore, I could hardly stay a month or so at my Home-Town in Vindhyachal, Generally my Electricity Bills (Consumer No.[protected] are not delivered, I experience difficulties in payment due to non-availability of Bill-Amount. While on leave, I had to report personally to SDO-II to ascertain Bill-Amount and make payments. I requested EDD-II Mirzapur to allow me to pay ONLINE/ECS but received no reply/acknowledgement even to my Cheque-Payments. These are most unexpected from the Administration of Repute ! Please confirm.

Officer, due to my requirements of service, I normay posted in other states like Gujarat-Surat at present.I hardly stay a month or so at my Home-Town in VARANASI.Generally my Electricity Bills (Consumer No.0137/138556) are not always received by me at residence for payment.I experience difficulties in payment.I want to pay ONLINE/ECS bills.Kindly provide a system in which I can deposit my cheques of electricity bill for payments. Please help and inform me system or site.

I am marketing manager in the f.m.c.g.companey and always travel.I live in A/20, suryakund coloney-GORAKHPUR.My problem is--my meter had changed on dated 8-2-10, till dated my payment was clear but it was said, your meter showed down.At that time my old metre showed 6138 units.It had said on dated 24-11-10, you submitted 13510/= for new metre reading 3916/=.Again a new bill was send 29155/=on dated 8-3-11.I had complaint about this in the camp, it reduse at 21650/=for 4947 unit when I had submitted 10000/=.what is the truth in this matter and what is real position.

My meter is closed. I am written complaint in local area office in Kaleyani Devi Allahabad befor 20days. but no Staff is coming in my home. . I am paying high bill Rs.1200/- per month .Pl. change my old meter
