Dear Sir,

I am a domestic a customer and submitting electric bills timely but facing too much problems related to electric line.

(1) Not getting proper voltage. Light is very dim.
(2) Electric pole is far away from my residence and getting line from using bamboo it is very dangerous for safety point of view. For electric pole near to my home, I have requested many times but did not get any reply.

I request you please take necessary action and provide the pole near to my home.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.
