I have booked online ticket (thru PVR official site)of "jab tak hai jaan' for 15th nov, 14:20 show(5 tickets) at MBD Mall,Jalandhar and I have used my Hdfc netbanking for the same.Though Rs 987 have been debited from my a/c yet I have not received any confirmation of my tickets.
Moreover the customer care no. [protected] and corporate office no.[protected] are not responding.
I actually wanted to know the process of refund and also shall I book the tickets again as my guests are coming and we have planned for a movie but in case I go for one more attempt of booking tickets,what would be the possibility of my previous amount which is already debited from my a/c. pvr cinema, mbd mall , jalandhar — refund of tickets
i booked two tickets from (mbd mall, pvr cinema, jalandhar) the machine last month before from my hdfc bank credit card no[protected].money had been deducted buti didn't get the tickets, so please refund my money rs 300 as soon as possible.
