[Resolved]  PVR — refund of failed transaction

I tried to book 4 tickets each of rs 195,on 01/06/2011 for the film
KUNG FU Panda 2(3d),through the website pvrcinemas.com, however money
was deducted but the tickets were not booked.the
website stated that the money will be refunded with in 2 or 3 working
days.Its been a week since i have been waiting for the refund.I even mailed them but they did'nt reply..the payment details are as follows,

Rs. 780.00 has been debited from your Account No. XX3561 towards CC
Avenues-NONDVP on 01-JUN-11 through Kotak Mahindra Payment Gateway
vide Ref No. [protected].

please get my money refunded asap..
