I invested Rs. 30K in Quest-nets' Business in Feb'08. Even in June'09, i have not received gold coin.This company is fake and the Network Support Team members are trained liars.They take months to reply to your queries and everytime give fake commitments like- "we will get back to you shortly", "we are in process to track your product". I am really fed up with these follow-ups.The support team is good at taking customers for a ride by giving fake excuses.Sometimes they say that, we delivered your product; but the address provided was wrong.After repeated follow-ups with Quest Net and no outcome, i asked them for refund. They asked me to courier address proofs to their bank in Hongkong (and i did that to them)-

For this, i had to shell another 700 Rs. from my pocket to the courier company for delivery.Still i am empty-handed.I think the company policy is-
1) To cheat a customer
2) Do not co-operate
3) Do not reply to customer queries.
4) Everytime give a new excuse
5) Take customer for a ride by putting them in viscious circle.
6) Follow Fraudulent Practices and dupe customer
Advise to my friends-
Quest Net is a Scam...Dont fall prey to any such MLM schemes..
I have all the mail references from the support team.

Stop blaming QNet for your own mistakes. Are you a fool??
It is your duty to inform the proper authority for the change in your delivery address. No one is going to ask you for that. I have my personal experience with QNet since last 2.5yrs. It is a very simple business model if you are ready to work hard and also be honest. QNet is also lawful and one of the best MLM businesses around the globe. If you are hard working and want to be active business man then this is one for you. I don;t understand why all such situations are faced by other people and not me. I have never faced any such situation and surely with God's grace never ever face in my life. I just love being a part of QNet business.

What the hell is going here I don't understand. It is useless to post your complaint here. I don't understand whats the use of posting your complaint here if they are not going to get solved. As I have been in the QNet business for along time now, I know the business model better. It is a very intelligent and simple business model, which can work wonders for you if you give your 100% dedication to the business and be honest. Plus QNet is 100% legitimate and one of the best MLM businesses around the globe. You guys should stop spreading confusion about such a good company here online.

It is useless to post a complaint here as no one is going to solve or help you with the solution.

plz questnet is not a fraud, people are making money out of it, one must understand to invest wisely, and to work hard. if you dont do this you will have problem, dont blame the company for this, as questnet is not a fraud.I have always received my products on time, if you haven't contact the company they will surely help you with it.

Did you provide the company with the exact address for delivery of the goods? As these goods are very much expensive, the chances of getting them back if they were mis-delivered is very negligible.
