Raghu Gas Agency — no delivery from last month
I am suffrening this problem, and I am also visited more than 10 times to the office and the staff of the Raghu gas agecy every time gives assurance that he will send the cylinder in the evening but as usual no gas delivery. My consumer no, is 41211 and my residence no. is H. No. 736 near DAV Public school sec 10A, Gurgaon. Also I face a problem whenever we phone they told me his name Ranjeet and so so... when we investigate that no person is exist with this name. So, this is great cheating with the consumer. If You face The Problem of late delivery of cylinder, you need to do
1]. Go And Tell To District Supply Officer Of your Area / City
2]. If District Supply Officer Dosn't Respond you, Complain to Central vigilance commission, delhi & To Human Right Commission of your State.
Definately you will get the possitive result. Be confident, no one is going to kill you. Ultimately if you are paying profesnal tax, income tax etc. it's your right to ask representive of government. if you still face such problem, do call me - [protected]

Raghu Gas Agency — Delivery problem
I am Ashok Kumar having. I am a consumer of M/s Raghu Gas Services. It is situated in Gurgaon. My gas connection no. is RT-375. I had booked for gas cylinder on 29th March. But till today (02nd May 2008), They have not delivered the cylinder even after my several follow ups + personally visiting there. It is happening since last 10 months. They are not caring for the consumers. They do not have any monitoring system. I am very-2 dissatisfied with this kind of services. I have already made complaints on Net 2 times. But I did not get any reply from anywhere.They at agency, donot behave properly aven they donot pick the phones also. They talk rudely. If you have any particular complaint office no or e-mail. Please send me on that e-mail.
I had asked them to give me the customer feedback register. They said they donot have. So if there is any online feedback and complaint systems is available. Please let me know. Every month I get puzzled with this agency.
I request to the concerned officer/person to take a proper action and help the consumers. I also request to instruct them to provide my cylinder immediately.
