Raghu K — Add Name in Voter list

I had my name in Voterlist in 2008-09 but suddenly without any info my name is deleted.

Name:Raghu K.
Mother name:Kamallamma.
Place:Sirigaru, nonaboor
Thirthahall taluk. Area code:114 part no:100.
My mother name is kamallamma and no 556 id is 120139.

I have given the application to readd name in election list to Grama panchyat secertary twice..

still my name is not added.

pl do the needful.
